GRAVIMETRIC FEEDER
The operating principle of GM-MIX  Gravimetric Feeder with single screw is as follow; all of the feed system is standing one of the weighing platform. When the screw system works, each unit can also be weighed and decreasing the amount of material is calculated. This material amount is compared with the goal value and given the command to the engine for the calculated suitable speed. Simultaneous control and correction process with the target value is kept in a sensitive tolerance band. Advantages GM-MIX  Gravimetric Feeder System has more important feature then the classic volumetric feed system. This feeder much more sensitive. This system provides saving of raw material to the system enrty and ensures the homogeneity of the facility to more efficient operation of the system output. Volumetric system works with %10 sensitivity but the gravimetric dosing system works by 0,2% accuracy. So it provides to save the company rate of 9,8% for each hour. It has a special software. In a special thanks to the software, the system output checks the deviations of the target value and over time realize the changes of the characteristic of flow. By this way linearity can be ensured next of the accuracy. Furthermore, during and after Refill, the system continued in a control manner to contribute to the flow linearity. The other advantages of gravimetric system are; - It provides closed-loop control system with simultaneous weight matering and feed in the amount of supervision. - Wide range limit automatically adapts differences in density of the material that may accur over time. - Material and output amount can be controlled directly. - It has high linearity. Custom solutions could be found for the applications of granular, fiber or powder materials. It seems elegant with projection of single engine. Gear system running a horizontal mixer provides a linear flow to the fluency of a low coefficient of powder materials and it reduces the feeder error rate to the minimum. SPECIFICATIONS The film unit is tension controlled. The rollers are speed controlled. The rollers are (3-pcs.) stainless steel and water-cooled.  The pulling rollers' height is adjustable and made of rubber material. (Rubber hardness is 90 hrc.)  The winding system has torque controlled lining system. The films' tension can be controlled. The Chill Roll roller's height and speed can be controlled. The laboratory press is used for the production of all kinds of films or stepped sheets of polymers. These are used to prepare test samples to study the mechanical, electrical, optical and chemical properties of polymers.  Upper and lower heated molds are used for the press, and cooled molds are used in the second stage. ABB electricity and 7'' touch screen are used for the control unit. All data can be saved and print. The working principle of the press is to provide smooth surface quality with gradual pressure to stepped sheet and film in desired sensitivity. LABORATORY TYPE 25MM TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER
            25 mm twinscreew extruder with barrels 42 L/D,.Each barrel(Block) consists of seven high temperature resistant parts.Thanks to independent heater in each block that gives more ability on temperature control of blocks to have more homogenous and more dispersion final mixture.             25 mm twin screw extruders are compact machines which an extruder, water cooling and a granulator placed on a table. 25 mm extruder is providing samples by using less raw meterials and is able to produce pilot productions. To have a better mixture and a better dispersion zone heaters can be controled at different temperatures at the same time and the screew configration can be changed easily. All Plc controls and cooling unit are placed under the table.              With very friendly user control software and 10'' touch screen the control of rotational speed of feeder and screw, the set value of heaters can be adjusted very easily. In same time the Head pressure and the zone temperature values can be read from same screen.
