The Filter Test Machine provides high repeatability by advanced 25 mm extruder unit, melt pump and pressure sensors. Provides high repeatability in masterbatch, compaund and standardization works.

It can measure by using filters in standard sizes (between 44 microns and 5 microns). Measurings are made according to EN-13900-5 Filter test norms. With fully automatic computer control, provides minimized user errors for the machine.

CONTROL PANEL

Extruder control panel is designed for easy use. The screw and feeding’s revolutions can be adjusted, head’s pressure and other parameters can be seen by 10' standard touch screen. The values in the formulas can be saved to the device memory. By the way, you can call the formulas stored in the memory by typing their number or name and get the machine ready for use.
